The Seattle Indian Services Commission, in partnership with Great Expectations, a Seattle-based real estate development firm, are seeking proposals for full design and entitlement services for the Native Village & Gateway project, a transformative, community-led project located in Seattle’s International District.

We are interested in proposals aligned with the interests and values of the Seattle Urban Indian Community and the local Native Northwest Tribes in Coast Salish Territories.

Great Expectations LLC, a Seattle-based real estate development firm, has been selected to support the development efforts of the Native Village & Gateway Project in partnership with the Seattle Indian Services Commission (SISC).

Your firm is receiving this Request for Proposals as one of a select group, of highly qualified design teams identified for your expertise in delivering thoughtful, community-focused architecture. We are seeking proposals for full design and entitlement services for this transformative, community-led project located in Seattle’s International District.

Located at the site of the Pearl Warren Building (606 12th Ave S), this 1.1-acre, transit-oriented site will serve as a landmark mixed-use development that honors the resilience, history, and future of the urban Native and Indigenous community.
